Why try a new local crew?
Hi, I'm Brandon Carpenter.
I founded Junk Haul in Ann Arbor in 2026. I personally oversee every job, so the plan and the price are clear before the work begins.
Plymouth, MI furniture pickup, downsizing help and garage or basement cleanouts. Review the price before anything is removed.
A Plymouth household may be making space for a renovation, moving to a smaller home, or finally addressing a garage that no longer works as intended. Junk Haul helps with the physical removal of unwanted items, with an approximate service radius of 40 miles around Ann Arbor. Share the pickup ZIP code first so we can check whether the address and timing fit. From there, tell us whether you have one large item or a larger, mixed cleanout.
Garage cleanouts are easier when the goal is specific. Maybe the vehicle needs room again, the workbench should stay, and a collection of old shelving can go. Make a keep/remove list or mark the items clearly before the crew arrives. For a full garage, note whether anything is attached to the building or contains material that may need special handling. We review the actual load and access in person, rather than quoting a whole room from its name alone.
Basement and downsizing projects can involve furniture, packed boxes, exercise equipment, and items with personal meaning. Give yourself time to decide what is ready to leave; the crew is there to remove agreed items, not make choices on your behalf. If family members are involved, settle approvals before the pickup. Stairs, low doorways, and long carries matter for a safe plan, so include them in the request and let the team assess them at the property.
Ballpark pricing starts at $125 for one item, $249 for a quarter load, $399 for a half load, and $699 for a full truck. The final price is confirmed after the crew sees the items and access, before any lifting begins. Special item fees are listed below for mattresses, refrigerant appliances, tires, electronics, and propane tanks. Mention these items at the outset so that the on-site quote addresses the entire project and includes their recycling or special handling.
We serve every neighborhood in Plymouth. We cannot assume that every item is reusable or recyclable. If an object is in good condition, donation or reuse may be considered when there is an appropriate receiving option and a practical route. Materials may be separated for recycling where facilities accept them. When local rules or drop-off options affect your own planning, check current information with the relevant local source rather than assuming a destination will accept your items.
For a move or downsizing schedule, name the date by which the space must be clear and the items that matter most. A phased cleanout can be quoted as a defined first visit if you are not ready to release everything. Include photos or approximate dimensions for unusually large items, plus any access constraints. We will confirm availability, review the scope on site, and let you approve the price before the work begins.

A new business has no long review history to point to. What we can promise is a straightforward process and a real person accountable for the work.
